The Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Program (AEDP) is a 'Learn while you earn' initiative
designed to
address three major barriers young individuals face: access to higher education, the development of
relevant work-related skills, and financial independence. Participants engage in on-site apprenticeships
for 12, 24, or 36 months, depending on the degree length, while also earning a formal degree. These
apprenticeships are designed to build essential, real-world skills that prepare participants for the
workforce. The program also provides a monthly stipend, offering financial support throughout the
participant's education.
