Shantanu is the Founder & CEO of TeamLease EdTech. In his current role, he oversees strategic operations, P&L management, special projects, etc., and is responsible for managing the growth trajectory of the organization.

An IIT (BHU) and IIM Calcutta alumnus, Shantanu is widely recognized as a serial entrepreneur who has successfully led his ventures to successful IPOs/Acquisitions. Post his 3 year stint with HCL, Shantanu took his first step into entrepreneurship with Paradyne Infotech Ltd which had a successful IPO in 2005. Subsequently, he founded Broadllyne Technologies Limited, which swiftly evolved into a significant managed services player in the education industry. Broadllyne was acquired by a large, listed company in India in 2009.

With a vision of Making India Employable, Shantanu founded TeamLease Edtech (formerly known as Schoolguru Eduserve) in 2012. Shantanu is a passionate business strategy professional, a serial entrepreneur and a featured columnist and has been speaking/writing extensively about his vision of University 4.0 - the Future of Higher Education.

Ramani oversees the financial strategies and operations of the company. Ramani holds a CA and CWA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. With over a decade of experience in financial management, Ramani has previously served as Deputy CFO at TeamLease and as a Manager at Deloitte India.
