In a bid to understand what people perceive about CSR, we at TeamLease Education Foundation conducted a poll on our LinkedIn handle.

31% of the people who took the survey said CSR helped in building a better world! And we agree with the majority. Our partners have helped us create a better world for the underserved of our country and have helped realize the dream of quality education and employment opportunities for them. Today thousands of our beneficiaries live a life of dignity because of various CSR initiatives undertaken by our partners.

While Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) has many benefits in the way an organization is perceived, our poll also shows that - 17% of the people believe that it also helps build brand image and to an extent helps employee retention too.

From higher productivity to attracting top talent, there are plenty of reasons why adding social responsibility programs within an organization provides a great return on investment. It also allows you to improve your organization's overall reputation, which can open doors for tons of new opportunities
