Building Structured Higher Education & Employability Pathways for India’s Underserved Youth

Project SEED is a national education and employability program designed to support students from socially and economically disadvantaged communities in transitioning from school to higher education and formal employment.

We collaborate with leading universities to enable higher education pathways and with employers to integrate on-the-job training and employment opportunities. To propagate this at the grassroots level, we partner with NGOs to deliver career awareness and structured guidance to students in Classes 11 and 12 across public and government schools.

The Challenge

India has expanded access to schooling, but the transition from school to employment remains fragmented.
High school students often lack:

Structured career awareness

Aptitude-based guidance

Exposure to credible higher education pathways

Industry-aligned job clarity

Navigation support for admissions and employment

Without structured intervention, many capable students remain disconnected from formal higher education and employment ecosystems.

Project SEED addresses this structural gap.
